Terms and conditions and division of responsibility
When you come on board with Plugo, we’ll put a service agreement in place. Here’s a quick rundown of the key points.

Service levels
Orders placed by 14:00 on weekdays are normally shipped to your customers the same day.
Incoming stock is typically processed within 24–48 hours of arrival — often the same day.
Major campaigns or peak seasons may occasionally cause isolated delays.
Pricing
Your pricing is set out in the contract. The final cost is always based solely on what you actually use — no fixed fees.
The service is priced based on the volume of incoming stock, storage space used, order lines and parcels picked, and shipments.
If you deliver to B2B customers, a separate price list applies.
Additional services are charged separately.
Plugo’s pricing includes no fixed costs, admin fees, setup fees, or minimum charges.
Division of responsibility
The contract defines what Plugo is responsible for and what falls on you as the customer.
Insuring the products stored at our warehouse is your responsibility. Plugo holds a freight forwarder’s liability insurance covering our own operations. Carriers are responsible for their own part of the process.
Suspending the service
You can suspend the service at any time at no extra cost. You can pause order picking and shipping, incoming stock deliveries, or warehousing — or all of the above. Since you only pay for what you use and there are no fixed costs, a temporary pause is simple — just let your contact person know. When suspending, you’ll pay for any costs related to shipping out products still in the warehouse. No other charges apply.
Terminating the service
You can terminate the service at any time. The notice period is 30 days. No cancellation fees, no minimum charges. When terminating, you’ll pay for any costs related to shipping out products still in the warehouse.
