Order processing and delivery times
Here’s a breakdown of how quickly orders are processed at the warehouse and when your end customers can expect their parcels.

Order processing and picking
Orders are processed continuously during warehouse operating hours.
Orders placed by 14:00 on weekdays are normally shipped to your customers the same day. For domestic deliveries, that means your end customer receives their parcel the next day.
Major campaigns or peak seasons may occasionally cause isolated delays.
Incoming stock processing
Stock arriving at the warehouse is received and logged within 24–48 hours of arrival. After that, your products appear in your inventory and are ready to sell.
This processing time assumes stock arrives with a purchase order and products are labelled with EAN barcodes. Without these, processing will be delayed.
Order accuracy
The AutoStore system enables precise, fast picking. Every product’s EAN barcode is scanned during picking, ensuring each order goes out correctly. For products stored in AutoStore, order accuracy is 99.97%.
Shipping and delivery times to end customers
Plugo arranges shipments through competitively tendered carrier contracts. The carriers and delivery methods used are defined in the contract.
Delivery time to the end customer depends on the customer location, chosen carrier, plus delivery method. For domestic deliveries, the typical delivery time is the next business day.
Unusual volumes — peak seasons and campaigns
Let your contact person know in advance about campaigns or other unusually high order volumes, so picking and dispatch can be properly resourced. If needed, we can extend order processing to weekends — for example during Black Friday or your own campaign periods.
