Suspending and terminating the service

You can suspend the service at any time at no extra cost. You can pause order picking and shipping, incoming stock deliveries, or warehousing — or all of the above. Since you only pay for what you use and there are no fixed costs, a temporary pause is simple, you just let your contact person know.

Terminating the service

You can terminate the service at any time. The notice period is 30 days. No cancellation fees, no minimum charges.
