Pricing, costs, and invoicing
Plugo’s pricing is based on the services you use and your volume. No fixed fees, no minimum charges.
Pricing structure — B2C fulfillment
The pricing of our services for B2C-customers is based on following elements:

| Warehousing | Based on storage space used per day. The price per space depends on the product’s size and whether it’s stored on shelving or in an automated storage system. You’re charged for each day a space is occupied by your product. When the space is empty, the charge stops. |
| Picking and packing | Charged per order. The cost per order depends on the number of SKUs included. Covers order processing, picking, and packing. Packaging materials are charged based on actual consumption. |
| Delivery | A per-order delivery fee based on the shipping method and the parcel’s size and weight. |
B2B fulfillment pricing
B2B fulfilment is priced based on picking volumes. Your dedicated contact can provide the full B2B price list.
Add-on services
Add-on services — such as claims handling, returns, packaging labels, label application, serial number recording, or batch data recording — are invoiced separately. Ask your contact for pricing.
Integration costs as low as €0
During onboarding, we connect your store’s systems to Plugo’s. In practice, the vast majority of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces can be integrated at no cost.
In most cases, you won’t pay anything for integration.
If customisation for the integration is needed, we charge by the hour.
What we don’t charge for
No setup fee. No ongoing admin fee. No user licence fees. No system maintenance fees.
There’s also no minimum charge — costs are genuinely volume-based. If no storage spaces are in use and no orders are being processed, there’s nothing to pay.
Invoicing
We invoice twice a month.
Invoices are sent as e-invoices. A valid e-invoicing address is required to start working together.
Payment terms are 14 days, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
