Customer service and service hours

When we kick off our partnership, you’ll be assigned a dedicated contact person at Plugo. They’ll know your account, your products, the systems you use, and the status of your warehouse and orders.

You can reach them during service hours on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00 — and outside those hours by separate arrangement.
