Delivering stock to Plugo and product labelling requirements
Right then — time to move some stock. Once the contract is signed and integrations are sorted, we’re ready to receive your products.
Delivery address and opening hours
Plugo’s warehouse is located at the Barona Avialogis logistics centre in Finland, in the city of Vantaa.
Getting your goods to Plugo’s Avialogis facility is easy — it’s just a 30-minute drive from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, and within 1-2 hours of Finland’s major cargo ports, making it a well-connected hub for fast, efficient inbound logistics.

Stock can be delivered on weekdays between 8:00 and 16:00.
We don’t accept deliveries on weekends or public holidays unless separately agreed.
Create a purchase order before you ship
Before sending your stock, create a purchase order in Plugo’s system. That way we know what’s coming and when, and we can receive it smoothly. Stock that arrives without a purchase order will be processed separately and charged accordingly.
EAN code required on all products
Every product that arrives at Plugo’s warehouse and gets picked for customer orders must have a machine-readable EAN barcode. This also lets you track your stock’s movement through the warehouse yourself.
Without an EAN code, we can’t identify or process your products.
Creating EAN codes is your responsibility. The code must be saved in Plugo’s system before the stock arrives.
If a product is missing an EAN code, we can add one for you — this is an additional paid service.
Product packaging
Incoming products must be able to withstand standard handling without breaking. If products need to be repackaged or protected on arrival, an additional charge will apply in line with our price list.
Receiving your stock
We receive and log stock within 24–48 hours of arrival — often on the same day, unless agreed otherwise. Please include as accurate an arrival date as possible in your purchase order to keep things running smoothly.
Once processed, your products will appear in your inventory in the system and will be ready to sell immediately. You can also track everything in real time using your own login.
